Nishorgo Bunon is looking for skilled, self-driven professionals to join its growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of building construction projects — planning, execution, monitoring, quality control, safety, and final handover.
• Oversee assigned apartment and commercial building projects at both structural and finishing stages.
• Prepare, review, and monitor master work programs using Primavera P6 and other project-management tools for tracking, forecasting, and timeline optimization.
• Guide site teams through regular project visits, performance reviews, and timely decision-making.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget without compromising quality, safety, or structural integrity.
• Ensure compliance with national building codes, environmental requirements, and safety standards.
• Implement strong QA/QC systems through site visits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Finance, Design, Procurement, HR, and Contractors to resolve bottlenecks and improve project systems.
• Prepare and present progress reports, budget updates, and performance analytics to senior leadership.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a UGC-recognized university.

Experience & Additional Requirements

• At least 18 years of professional experience in construction / project management.
• Minimum 12 years in a leadership role within the real estate or construction sector.
• Proven experience managing multiple apartment and commercial building projects simultaneously.
• Strong hands-on exposure to both structural and finishing works.
• Technically sound in construction, project planning, quality assurance, safety, and site execution.
• Skilled in project scheduling and monitoring tools, especially Primavera P6.
• Strong managerial, leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• IEB (Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh) membership will be considered an added advantage.
